摘要
针对食品营养与检测专业的现状,调研、分析与归纳该专业就业岗位和职业能力需求,将分散的职业技能、知识和素质整合为职业基础能力、行业通用能力、职业特定能力、跨行业职业能力四大能力模块,建立职业能力与课程之间联系,形成基于职业能力结构化培养的课程体系,为高职课程体系改革提供参考。
In view of the situation of college's food nutrition and detection,this research explores,analyzes and sums up the jobs and vocational ability of this major. The decentralizes vocational skills,knowledge and quality are integrated in terms of industrial common skills,vocational specific abilities,cross-industry vocational abilities and basic abilities and the relation between vocational abilities and curriculum system is also established. The curriculum system based on the structured training vocational ability is developed,which could be used as reference for the constructing of Higher Vocational Curriculum System.
