摘要
针对目前数控轧辊磨床对宽幅高速造纸机辊筒圆度的检测及加工瓶颈,进一步精确测量和磨削,优化辊筒的使用性能,将现在广泛使用的2点测量数控轧辊磨床技术升级为4点测量3D磨削技术。对高速宽幅造纸机辊筒进行研磨,提高造纸机辊筒的使用性能,延长辊筒的磨削维护间隔,降低辊筒运转时产生的的振动,提高造纸机的运行效率。
Aiming at the measurement and the bottle-neck in processing of roll roundness by computer numerical control roll grinder for high speed paper machines with large width,the 2 points measurement computer numerical control roll grinder technology applied popularly was updated to 4 points measurement 3 dimensional grinding technology to measure accurately and optimize the service performance of rolls. The grinding of rolls for high speed paper machine with large width can improve the performance of rolls, prolong the service life of rolls grinded, minimize the vibration of rolls in running and raise the running efficiency of paper machines.
