导乐陪伴分娩对顺产产程及分娩方式的影响

Influence of doula accompany delivery on delivery time and delivery mode

目的研究导乐陪伴分娩模式在分娩中对第一产程、总产程和中转剖宫产率的影响。方法选择2015年—2016年在我院产科待产的孕妇200例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组采用产科常规分娩护理,观察组在常规分娩护理的基础上给予导乐陪伴分娩。观察2组产妇第一产程时间、总产程时间、中转剖宫产率,并进行比较。结果观察组产妇第一产程时间、总产程时间明显短于对照组,中转剖宫产率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论导乐陪伴分娩方式可以帮助孕妇建立分娩的信心,从而提高顺产率,降低中转剖宫产率,并且有效的缩短产程时间。

Objective To study the influence of doula accompany delivery on the first stage of labor,total stage of labor and the transfer rate of cesarean section.Methods 200 primiparas who came from obstetrical department of our hospital in 2015—2016 were selected for the study.100 primiparas with doula accompany delivery were regarded as the observation group,and 100 primiparas with the traditional nursing mode of obstetrics were regarded as the control group.The first stage of labor,the total stage of labor and the transfer rate of cesarean section,which were compared in two groups.Results By compared with two groups,it showed that the first stage of labor and total stage of labor were shorter in the observation group than the control group,while the transfer rate of cesarean section was lower in the observation group. The difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Doula accompany delivery is a feasible way to help primiparas build up confidence,which can shorten the first stage of labor,total stage of labor and reduce the transfer rate of cesarean section.
