纸业公司在供应商选择上出现的诸多问题,归根结底是因为没有从供应链管理的角度去经营企业,从而导致了其供应商选择依然处于一个相对低水平的位置。随着中国经济发展步入新常态,生活用纸行业内的洗牌厮杀愈演愈烈,产能过剩的趋势在业内不断蔓延,不少纸企都陷入了经营困境之中。为了在市场上存活并且发展下去,企业必须降低生产成本、缩短生产周期、提高产品品质和服务质量,从而增强市场竞争力。
In order to develop more rapidly in the paper market, paper manufacturers endeavor to lift their market competitiveness by reducing costs, shortening production circle, and improving the quality of their products and services. However, the future development depends not only on the efforts by the paper manufacture itself, but also on the cooperation with their suppliers shoulder by shoulder for the purpose of win-win development. Taking company L as an example, we hereby discuss the problems in suppliers selection for tissue manufacturers, and then put forward some solutions from which you may find more inspirations later.
