本文针对《堤防工程安全评价导则》编制中存在的关键问题,介绍了编制背景、指导思想和技术路线,并对堤防安全定义、评价周期确定、评价单元选取、评价报告要求等问题予以说明。解读了评价中调查分析、复核计算、综合评价等不同阶段的重点工作和要求,提出了增强导则可操作性需要开展的研究工作,以供从事堤防安全评价工作者借鉴。

In the paper, preparation background, guidance concepts and technical routes are introduced aiminproblems in the preparation of $ safety assessment guide for embankment projects %. Dike safety definition, evaluation period determination, evaluation unit selection, evaluation report requirements and other problems are described. Key efforts andrequirements in evaluation at different stages of investigation analysis, rechecking calculation, comprehensive evaluation, etc. are explained. It is proposed that the research for enhancing guide feasibility is proposed, thereby providing referencefor workers engaged in dike safety evaluation.
