基于Matlab和Adams的铰链弹簧仿真分析

摘要 针对目前汽车开闭件开发周期较长和运动分析精度不足等问题,通过Matlab建立了某车型杂物盒铰链的运动学方程,求解出铰链机构中弹簧的运动曲线。同时,采用机械系统动力学软件Adams建立了机构运动模型,并对设计阶段中杂物盒的操作力和位移等动力学特性进行了仿真分析,验证了两种分析方法具有很好的一致性,从而提高了求解效率,也为铰链机构的优化设计提供了理论基础。 To overcome the problems of long development cycle and low precision,the kinematics equation of hinge spring is established through the Matlab,and the motion curve of spring in the hinge mechanism is also solved. At the same time,the mechanism model is established by using the dynamics software Adams,and dynamic characteristics like the operating force and the displacement of the box in design phase are simulated. It is proved that the two methods have good consistency,and thus it improves the solution efficiency,and also provides reliable research foundation for the optimal design of the hinge.
