基于偏差有向图的RV减速器装配偏差传递研究 被引量:3

摘要 传动精度研究一直是RV减速器的研究热点,偏差对RV减速器传动精度的影响是绕不开的课题。分析了RV减速器在静态装配状态下各个零件的偏差,并对偏差源进行了分类,结合有向图表达方法,建立了反映零件偏差间关系的基本偏差流模型以及零件间配合及其偏差的有向图模型;通过实例验证了基于偏差有向图建立的RV减速器装配偏差传递有向图模型的有效性。 Research on the transmission precision has been the hotspot in the research of RV reducer,influence of deviation on the drive accuracy of RV reducer is always around the topic. In this paper,the deviation of various parts in the RV reducer under the static state assembly is analyzed,and the deviation sources are classified. Combining with the directed graph representation methods,the basic deviation flow model that reflects the relationship between parts deviation and the directed graph model that cooperates and deviation between parts are established. The effectiveness of graph model for the RV reducer assembly deviation based on the directed graph is verified through the illustration.
