摘要
重点阐述了铁合金行业生产状况及节能环保装备的应用情况。提出了矿热炉高效加料车的设计方案,介绍其主要结构组成和工作原理,利用三维实体建模和数据计算,通过生产现场的实际使用,验证了高效加料车优于其他传统加料方式的特点。对铁合金行业降低能耗、节约资源、技术进步具有显著意义。
In this paper,the production status of ferroalloy industry and the application of energy conservation and environmental protection equipment are emphasized. The designing scheme of efficient charging car is put forward,and its main structure and working principle are introduced. By means of the 3 D solid modeling and data calculation,and through the actual production site,it is verified that the efficient feeding car is better than the other traditional ways of feeding. It has great significance to reduce the energy consumption,save resources and promote technological progress in the iron alloy industry.
