摘要
为了研究分流叶片对小型高速离心风机性能的影响,设计了一个不带分流叶片的叶轮和两个带分流叶片的叶轮,其中一个叶轮分流叶片在两个大叶片的正中间,另一个叶轮分流叶片在两个大叶片周向位置的2/3处,靠近压力面方向。利用排气风室风机测试装置分别测试了三种叶轮的气动性能。试验结果表明:不带分流叶片的叶轮气动性能最好,压力系数高于带分流叶片的叶轮,分流叶片在中间位置时,压力系数最低,全压最高降低400 Pa;全叶片叶轮效率最高,而分流叶片在大叶片正中间时,效率最低,效率降低了6个百分点;三种形式的叶轮的噪声基本一样,噪声都高于90 d B,噪声很大。
The influence of splitter blades on the performance of small high-speed centrifugal fans was investigated in this paper. An impeller without splitter blades and two impellers with splitter blades are designed,in which one of the impeller splitter blade is in the middle,and the other impeller splitter blade is at the 2/3 point of circumferential position,close to the pressure surface direction. The aerodynamic performances of the three impellers are tested by fan test device. The results show that the original impeller has the best aerodynamic performance,the splitter blade is in the middle position,the pressure coefficient is the lowest,and the total pressure is decreased by 400 Pa; The efficiency of the full blade impeller is the highest,while the splitter blade in the middle of the large blade is the least efficient,and the efficiency is reduced by 6%; The noise of these three kinds of impeller are basically the same,and the noise is higher than 90 d B.
