摘要
目前针对国内农机设备逐渐采用橡胶履带式行走结构,其张紧装置存在导向精度低、可靠性差等问题,设计出一种导向精度与可靠性高的农业机械用橡胶履带张紧机构。重点阐述了自走式青贮裹膜机橡胶履带张紧机构的设计与应用研究,并通过用于9GMZ-30自走式青贮裹膜机实验后,证明了采用该张紧结构后整机行走转向调节灵活,工作人员驾驶方便,工作效率提高。
Nowadays the rubber pedrail walking structure is gradually adopted in the domestic farm machinery,yet its tightening device is low in the orientation accuracy and reliability,in view of this situation,a new device that can improve its accuracy and reliability is designed in this paper. The design and application of rubber pedrail tensioning mechanism of the selfpropelled silage coating machine is emphasized. Through experiments of the 9 GMZ-30 self-propelled silage coating machine,it is proved that the whole machine with this tightening structure can be adjusted flexibly,and the staff can drive easily,thus it can improve the working efficiency.
