摘要
针对目前矿井中掘锚一体机自动化程度低,各项数据不能监控的问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线的掘锚一体机网络控制系统用于某矿的掘进面中。通过对智能掘锚一体机调试实验,该设计符合掘锚一体机胡网络控制要求,且结构紧凑、操作简单、动作灵活可靠,维护方便,达到了预期效果。
In view of the problems such as the low degree of automation and failure to monitor various data of the mining-anchoring machine in the mine at present,a network control system based on the CAN bus is designed for the driving face of a mine. Through debugging tests of the intelligent digging-anchoring integrated machine,it is proved that the design could meet the network control requirements of the digging-anchoring integrated machine,and the machine has the advantages of compact structure,simple operation,flexible and reliable,and easy maintenance,thus it achieves the desired effect.
