摘要
根据煤矿井下的使用要求,设计了一种具有甲烷检测功能的夜视摄像系统方案。提出了集成于一体的系统方案,设计了红外补光夜视功能和摄像功能的实现方案;设计了基于Modbus协议的甲烷检测模块,并实现了甲烷浓度信息和视频图像的一体化传输;给出了整个监控系统的拓扑结构,并在终端对视频图像和甲烷浓度数据进行了测试。结果表明,该系统将甲烷检测和视频摄像集成于一体,能快速准确检测甲烷浓度信息,同时能清晰摄制现场视频图像,且数据可靠、图像清晰。
According to the requirements of underground coal mine,a kind of vision camera system with methane detection function is developed in this paper. The integrated system scheme of infrared light with the night vision camera scheme is designed. A methane monitoring system based on the Modbus protocol is designed,and the integrated transmission scheme of methane monitoring data and video data is also designed; the topology structure of the whole monitoring system is given,the video image and the methane concentration data are tested at the monitoring terminal. The results show that the scheme integrates methane monitoring and video camera into one,and it can quickly and accurately detect the methane concentration information; at the same time,the video image can be shot clearly,and the data is reliable while the image is distinct.
