降低335万千焦热风炉循环风机驱动电机电量消耗措施的分析

摘要 根据某公司335万千焦热风炉热风循环系统的现状,依据电机学原理,分析了循环风机驱动电机的选用和使用情况及系统风量对循环风机电机电量消耗的影响,证明了采用37 k W电机更换现用55 k W电机可减少电量消耗以及系统风量减少风机电机电量消耗也跟着减少的原理,为采取措施更换电机和彻底断开闲置的5#烘干炉的风量提供了理论根据。 According to the current situation of our company' s hot air circulation system of 3. 35 million k J hot stove,and based on the principles of electrical engineering,the selection and use of circulating fan drive motor and the influence of system air volume on the electric consumption of circulating fan motor are analyzed in this paper. It is proved that the use of 37 k W motor to replace the current 55 k W motor can reduce the power consumption and the system air volume,and reduce the consumption of fan motor energy. This research would provide a theoretical basis for taking measures to replace the motor and to completely disconnect the air flow of the idle 5# drying furnace.
