面向制造业的工业设计服务平台管理模式研究

Research on the Management Mode of Industrial Design Service Platform for Manufacturing Industry

针对平台建设,从国家政策、制造业发展、制造企业和设计企业讨论了面向制造业的工业设计服务平台建设的必要性。提出了工业设计服务平台应该具备供需信息共享、协同创新设计、在线招聘、设计资源、设计交流、在线设计竞赛、在线设计调查等功能。分析了工业设计服务平台需求企业、服务机构、高校院所、设计专家、设计师等用户。研究了服务平台基于站群的分布式管理技术,减少了管理人员的分类。最后,根据平台会员参与方式和参与深度,将工业设计服务平台的功能分为信息层、交互层和协同层。提出的功能定位、用户分类和管理模式为工业设计服务平台建设提供了良好的理论支撑。

For platform construction,the necessity of constructing the industrial design services platform for manufacturing industry is discussed,including the national policy,manufacturing development,manufacturing enterprises and design enterprises. It is suggested that the industrial design service platform should have the functions such as supply and demand information sharing,collaborative innovation design,online recruitment,design resources,design exchange,online design competition,online design investigation,and so on. Users of the industrial design service platform are analyzed,such as the demands enterprises,service organization,universities and research institutes,design experts,designers,etc. The distributed management technology based on the website group is studied,and the classification of management staff is reduced. Finally,according to the participation style and participation depth of the platform members,functions of the industrial design service platform are divided into the information layer,the interaction layer and the coordination layer. The proposed functional orientation,users' classification and management model would provide a good theoretical support for the construction of industrial design service platform.
