摘要 在分析城市"停车难"问题的基础上,结合国内外智能车库现状及发展趋势,基于最新的物联网及智能化技术,给出了新型智能车库总体构架及系统实现关键技术和方法。提出了基于视频的车位侦测系统,给出了车库停车及取车路径优化算法,提供了系统与城市交通诱导系统互联的接口及驾驶员手机APP系统,指导驾驶员停车或取车,体现系统高度智能。系统选件采用先进成熟的芯片及工具,增加系统可靠性和实用性。该系统的实现将对城市停车效率及城市交通诱导其重要的支撑作用,对智能停车系统建设具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the analysis of city parking problems,and combined with the present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign intelligent garage,networking and new intelligent material technology based on the key technologies and methods of new intelligent garage framework and system realization are given in this paper. The parking detection system based on video is proposed,the path optimization algorithm for parking and taking car in garage is given,and the interface of city traffic guidance system interconnection and APP system of the driver's mobile phone are provided to guide the drivers parking or taking cars,thus to reflect a high degree of intelligence system. Advanced and mature chips and tools are adopted as the system option to increase the system reliability and practicability. The implementation of the system will provide important support for urban parking efficiency and urban traffic guidance,and will be of guiding significance to the construction of intelligent parking system.
