Ghrelin与胰岛素抵抗的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胰岛素抵抗(又称胰岛素敏感性受损,IR)发生在众多疾病中,如肥胖症,非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病,多囊卵巢综合征(P-COS)和代谢综合征(MS)等,IR也是缺血性心脏病和心肌梗死的危险因素。Ghrelin是28氨基酸多肽,是从胃组织中分离出的一种生长素释放肽,在十二指肠、空肠、直肠和结肠中也有发现。胃是胃饥饿素生成的主要器官,其每克组织合成激素的水平是第二大胃饥饿素来源,是十二指肠的10倍多。
