300MW循环流化床机组AGC控制优化

摘要 根据《西北区域发电厂并网运行管理实施细则》要求,结合米东热电厂CFB机组特性,通过分析机组历史运行情况及存在的问题,进行了针对性控制策略优化,重构锅炉主控、汽机主控结构,增加锅炉、汽机各前馈量调节,保证机组物料平衡、能量平衡,克服循环流化床机组热惯性等问题,有效提高了米东热电厂2~#机组AGC协调控制能力,AGC控制品质达到优良,使机组负荷调节能力完全满足和优于西北电网"两个细则"负荷调节指标的要求。 According to the implementing rules for the northwest regional power grid operation management requirements, and characteristics of CFB unit in Midong thermal power plant, this paper has an analysis of historical operation,and then summarize the problems that exit in the Units. Finally, this paper give a control strategy optimization,reconstruct boiler master controller and turbine master controller,increase the feedforward control of boiler and turbine. Ensure the material and energy's balance, to overcome the problems that existing in the circulating fluidized bed units, such as the thermal inertia,effectively improved the AGC coordinated control ability of Midong 2~# unit. After the optimization, the unit coordination completely satisfied the requirements of"two rules"of northwest power grid index.
