基于扎根理论的高校“水课”教育改革研究 被引量:28

摘要 高校中普遍存在的"水课"现象引起了社会各界的广泛关注。"水课"的存在导致学生无法从教学内容中有效地学到专业知识,浪费他们的时间与精力,同时也意味着学校教学资源的浪费。尽管"水课"现象已经引起了人们的关注,但是目前教育领域的学者却极少关注这种现象。文章使用扎根理论的方法来研究"水课"现象,试图探索出"水课"存在的导因,并据此为我国的高校教育改革提出有科学依据的建议。研究发现,大学生一般会将具有重复性内容的课程、任课教师授课不专业、考核方式过于简单的课程视为"水课"。鉴于此,在深化教育改革过程中,需要在树立课程考核方式,注重提升教师专业水平,重视学生意见等方面深挖完善举措。 The prevalence of "shui-ke" phenomenon in China’s colleges has attracted a lot of public attention. The presence of "shui-ke" in colleges not only indicates that college students are unable to effectively master the content of their classes; it also indi-cates the wastage of students’ time and energy and college resources. Nevertheless, while the "shui-ke" phenomenon has attracted the public’s attention, there is a current lack of literature on the topic. To fill this gap in research, our research team conducted this re-search using a grounded theory approach in attempt to find the antecedents of "shui-ke" phenomenon, and to provide recommenda-tions that have scientific supports for China’s future college educational reformation. We found that college students usually label courses that teach repetitive content, courses that are taught by teachers who do not behave professionally at class, and courses that evaluate students using a simple grading system as "shui-ke". Thus, we recommend college managers to pay more attention to issues pertaining to the redesigning of course grading system and retraining of unprofessional college teachers during their future educational system reformation, and managers should also actively seek the opinions of college students to guide their policy making process.
