公共事业管理专业毕业生就业去向及其思考——基于怀化学院5届毕业生的数据分析

基于怀化学院5届公共事业管理专业毕业生的初次和半年后就业率、就业单位性质以及就业区域等数据分析及其思考,对提升新建地方本科院校该专业毕业生的就业竞争力的四点建议即高校营造良好学术氛围,夯实学生专业理论知识;加强实践教学基地建设,提升学生实践创新能力;专业打造优质师资队伍,理论课程实践教学融合;促进第三部门成熟发展,政府实行适度政策倾斜等。

Based on the analysis of the employment rate of the first and second year after the fifth year,and the nature of the employment unit, and the employment area of Public Utilities Management Major for Huaihua College, we have four suggestions on how to improve the employment competitiveness of university graduates, That is, colleges and universities should create a good academic atmosphere, consolidate the professional knowledge of students; strengthen the construction of practical teaching base to enhance the ability of students to practice innovation; the team of professional high-quality teachers should be built, and theoretical curriculum should be integrated with practice teaching; the third sector mature development should be promoted, the government should adopt appropriate policy to help them.
