摘要
高校班级团干部是团员青年思想引领的重要力量,反思班级团干部的培养现状,存在选拔标准模糊、团干部职责分工不明确、培训设置不足、考核激励机制不力、流动性趋于频繁等问题。在建设性与破坏性并存的网络微文化背景下,以制度为保障点、以问题为突破点、以网络微文化为动力点,积极思考改善、创新高校班级团干部培养的新方法。
The class cadres of colleges and universities are an important force in member youth thoughts lead. In the reflection of the present situation of the class cadres training, there are many problems involving that the existing selection standard is fuzzy;the division of cadres’ responsibility is not clear; training is set inadequately and test the problem such as lack of incentive mechanism is lacked in assessment; the turnover tends to be more frequent. In a constructive and destructive background of the network culture, a new method of improvement, innovation of class cadres of colleges and universities is proposed and improved with the system as guarantee point, the question as the breakthrough point, internet culture as the powered.
