TRX悬吊训练强化警校生核心肌群的教学内容设计研究 被引量:3

摘要 受传统警察体能训练理念的影响,当前警校生的身体素质训练还是经常遵循传统的模式,存在运动损伤几率增加和训练效益降低的现象,若能将当前体能训练中新兴的TRX悬吊训练方式引入,有效地针对核心肌群和爆发力进行训练,应是有益尝试和对传统警校体能训练方式的有效补充。鉴于此,本研究以TRX悬吊训练为训练工具,设计相关训练内容强化警校生核心肌群,以期为警校基础体能课程的教学内容改革与实践提供科学参考。 Influenced by the traditional concept of physical training of the police, the physical training of police students often follows the traditional model, reduces sports injury and increases the probability of training benefits. If the introduction of the physical training in the new TRX suspension training method, and the training for the core muscles and explosive force is carried out effectively, it would be a beneficial attempt and the effective supplement for the traditional physical training mode in the police training school. In view of this, this study takes the TRX as the S-E-T training tool, designs related training content to strengthen the core muscles of the students in the police training school, provides scientific reference for the reform and practice of teaching content in the physical fitness courses in the police training school.
