摘要
高校教研室作为高等教育当中最基层的教学及科研组织,在学校教学、科学研究等方面发挥着重要的组织及管理作用。但高校教研室在发展的过程当中也存在着边缘化现象明显、教学科研与行政之间的界限不明、对教师和学生缺乏人性化的关怀等问题。因此,从人本管理理论的角度出发,顺应当前教改的趋势,推动高校教研室的改革创新发展,显得迫切而必要。
As the most basic level of teaching and scientific research organization, the Department plays an important role in the organization and management of the school teaching, scientific research and so on. However, the department also has a series of problems in the development process: the phenomenon of marginalization is obvious; the boundary between the edges of teaching and research, teaching and administration is not clear; and teachers and students lack of humane care for a long time. So from the perspective of humanistic management theory, we should conform to the current trend of reform, adhere to the people-oriented concept to promote the teaching and research section in the concept, system, personnel, and other aspects.
