社会主义核心价值观引领下理工科学生“工匠精神”的培育研究与实践

2016年初李克强总理提出"工匠精神"后,"工匠精神"成为热词,受到全社会的广泛关注和热烈讨论。在认真分析其内涵及历史价值后,培育当代大学生的"工匠精神"俨然成为一项重要的思想政治教育内容。对于未来"中国制造2025"的推动者和执行者,高校要把培养大学生精益求精的态度、爱岗敬业的品德、勇于创新的精神融入日常思想政治教育、专业教育和校园文化建设中,强化大学生"工匠精神"的培养和塑造。

At the beginning of 2016, the ＂artisan spirit＂ became a hot word after Premier Li Keqiang put forward the ＂craftsman spirit＂, which attracted wide attention and heated discussion of the whole society. After a careful analysis of its connotation and historical value, cultivating the craftsman spirit of contemporary college students has become an important content of ideological and political education. For the future ＂movers and performers of China manufacturing in 2025＂, university needs to cultivate students to have the attitude of excellence, dedication quality and innovative spirit and combine the cultivation into the daily ideological and political education, professional education and the construction of campus culture, in order to strengthen the training and shaping the spirit of craftsmen to the students.
