摘要
目的:探讨分别使用斜"T"型钢板与锁骨钩钢板内固定术在治疗不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位的疗效。方法:52例不稳定性胸锁关节前脱位患者,根据治疗方法不同分为A组和B组,各26例。A组采用斜"T"型钢板内固定术治疗,B组采用锁骨钩钢板内固定术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果:A组平均手术时间为(64.60±6.77)min,B组为(67.37±5.38)min,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组平均出血量为(45.91±9.15)ml,B组为(46.79±7.27)ml,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组优良率为88.6%,高于B组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组并发症发生率为7.69%,低于B组的15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于锁骨钩钢板内固定术,使用斜"T"型钢板内固定治疗胸锁关节脱位具有并发症发生率低和术后恢复好等优势,其疗效肯定,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oblique'T'plate and clavicular hook plate fixation in the treatment of unstable thoracolumbar anterior dislocation. Methods: A total of 52 patients with unstable thoracolumbar anterior dislocation were divided by different treatment method into group A and group B,with 26 cases in each group. Group A received oblique 'T 'plate internal fixation,and group B received clavicular hook plate internal fixation. Results: The mean operative time was( 64. 60 ± 6. 77) min in group A and( 67. 37 ± 5. 38) min in group B. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The average blood loss was( 45. 91 ± 9. 15) ml in group A and( 46. 79 ± 7. 27) in group B,the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05). The excellent and good rate of group A was 88. 6%,which was higher than that of group B( 76. 92%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The incidence of complication in group A was 7. 69%,which was lower than that in group B( 15. 38%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Compared with clavicular hook plate internal fixation,the application of oblique ' T' plate internal fixation for the treatment of sternoclavicular joint dislocation has the advantages of low incidence of complications and good postoperative recovery,and its efficacy is worthy of clinical promotion.
