中西医结合治疗混合痔及术后疼痛的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of combined hemorrhoid and postoperative pain treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗术后混合痔及术后疼痛的疗效。方法:102例混合痔患者,均给予中西医结合治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:102例患者中,治愈96例,好转6例,完全治愈率为94.1%。结论:采取外痔切除、内痔结扎的手术治疗及术后中药内服外洗的中西医治疗方法治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效显著。

Objective: To investigate the curative effect of combined hemorrhoid and postoperative pain treated by combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine. Methods: 102 cases of mixed hemorrhoid were given combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and their therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Among 102 patients,there were 96 cured cases,6 improved cases,with the complete cure rate as 94. 1%. Conclusion: Surgical treatment of external hemorrhoids,hemorrhoids ligation and combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine shows significant effect in treating combined hemorrhoid and postoperative pain.
