银质针导热治疗创伤性肘关节骨化肌炎的疗效观察

Effect of silver needle thermal conduction on traumatic myositis ossificans of elbow joint

目的:探讨银质针导热疗法治疗创伤性肘关节骨化肌炎的临床疗效。方法:40例肘关节创伤性骨化肌炎患者,随机分为对照组和银质针组,各20例。银质针组采用银质针导热疗法,对照组采用物理治疗。分别于治疗前、治疗后4、8周测量患者肘关节活动度,并采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对比两组治疗后患者疼痛恢复情况。治疗结束后3个月随访时采用Mayo肘关节功能评定(MEPS)对两组患者肘关节功能康复情况进行评估。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后4、8周主动关节活动度改善均优于治疗前,且银质针组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月随访时,银质针组患者MEPS评分为(84.75±6.781)分,对照组为(73.00±10.31)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。银质针优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银质针导热治疗创伤性肘关节骨化肌炎疗效明显,治疗后早期配合正确物理治疗及康复锻炼具有较好的远期疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of silver needle diathermy in the treatment of traumatic myositis ossificans of elbow joint. Methods： 40 cases of traumatic myositis ossificans of elbow joint were randomly divided into two groups： control group and silver needle group,20 cases each.Silver needle group using silver needle heat conduction,the control group using physical therapy. The elbow mobility was measured before and after treatment at 4 and 8 weeks,and the recovery of pain in the two groups was compared by visual fuzzy score（ VAS）. At the end of the 3 months after the treatment,Mayo elbow function evaluation（ MEPS） was used to evaluate the rehabilitation of elbow function in the two groups. Results： there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment（ P 0. 05）. After 4 weeks and 8 weeks,the active range of motion was improved,and the silver needle group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. At the end of 3 months after the treatment,the MEPS score of the silver needle group was（ 84. 75 ± 6. 781） points,and the control group was（ 73. 00 ± 10. 31）points,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The excellence rate of silver needle was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of traumatic myositis of elbow joint with silver needle thermal conduction is effective,and it has good long-term effect after early treatment,physical therapy and rehabilitation exercise.
