电子束局部热处理工艺对TC4钛合金焊接接头组织及硬度的影响 被引量:9

摘要 文中对TC4钛合金厚板电子束接头局部热处理进行了研究,分析了电子束局部热处理扫描束流大小和扫描时间对接头显微组织及显微硬度的影响.结果表明,改变扫描束流和扫描时间对扫描区内母材的组织基本没有影响.不同扫描束流及扫描时间下接头显微组织特征变化较明显.电子束局部热处理使TC4接头组织更加细密,使焊缝整体的硬度水平降低,不同扫描束流和扫描时间,均能使焊接接头硬度趋于平稳且在一定值之间波动. Local heat treatment of electron beam welded thick TC4 alloy plate is conducted. The effect of scanning beam current and scanning time on the microstructure and microhardness of welded joints are investigated. The results show that the change of scanning beam current and scanning time has no effect on the base material in the scanned area. However,the microstructure characteristics of the joints under different scanning beam currents and scanning times are obvious. The microstructure of TC4 alloy joint is finer and the hardness of weld decreases after local heat treatment. In addition,the hardness of welded joint is stable and the fluctuation of hardness can be fixed within a range with different scanning beam currents and scanning times.
