等效电阻模糊熵双丝PMIG焊稳定性评价方法 被引量:2

摘要 文中将基于模糊隶属度函数的模糊熵应用于铝合金双丝PMIG(pulse metal inert gas,PMIG)焊接过程稳定性和质量的评价,提出焊接电弧等效电阻模糊熵的概念.模糊熵具有对数据长度和相似容限r值的依赖性小、相对一致性好、抗噪性强等特点,适用于存在强干扰的焊接过程参数分析.采用相同的电流电压参数改变其它条件对3A21铝合金进行了一系列双丝PMIG焊接试验研究,并计算其等效电阻模糊熵值.结果表明,焊接过程越不稳定等效电阻的模糊熵值越大,且对稳定性的区分度较大,为铝合金双丝PMIG焊接过程稳定性和质量评价提供了新的方法. Equivalent resistance fuzzy entropy( Fuzzy En)method is proposed to evaluate the stability of twin-wire Pulse Metal Inert Gas( PMIG) welding of aluminum alloy. Different with the approximate entropy and sample entropy,Fuzzy En is based on fuzzy membership function,thus it is less affected by the data set length N and similarity degree r,and performances better in relative consistency and noise resistance. A series of experiments are carried out with the same current and voltage while changing other parameters. And the Fuzzy En of equivalent resistance in the resultant welds is calculated. The results show that the more stable the welding process is,the smaller the equivalent resistance Fuzzy En will be. And the equivalent resistance FuzzyEn can measure the stability and evaluate the quality of twin-wire PMIG welding of aluminum alloy.
