Rapid Detemination of Rhodamine B in Chili by Immunchlomatography

建立了免疫层析法快速定量检测辣椒中罗丹明B的分析方法,该方法的检出限为500μg/kg,相对标准偏差低于10%,回收率为70%~110%,具有简便快速、灵敏准确、重现性好等优点,可以用于对辣椒中罗丹明B进行快速定量筛查检测。

Rapid determination Rhodamine B in chili by immunochromatography was developed. The limit of determination was500 μg/kg,the relative standard deviations was below 10%. Recoveries of Rhodamine B spiked to samples were between 70%~110%. This method wassimple and rapid,sensitive and accurate,and reproducible. It could be uced to peper the Rhodamen B for rapid quantitative scueening tests.
