摘要
为了获取锻压机在工作过程中的响应,在已经通过不同仿真软件配合确定锻压机工作载荷的前提下,利用Ansys Workbench对其进行瞬态动力学分析,得到锻压机在整个工作过程中的应力分布以及变形情况。从结果可以看出,该锻压机的强度、刚度均满足设计要求。该研究对锻压机的结构设计具有重要参考意义。
In order to obtain the response of forging hydraulic press in the working process, on the premise of confirming the working load of forging press through different simulation software, the Ansys Workbench has been adopted to perform transient dynamics analysis. The stress distribution and deformation of the forg-ing press in the whole working process have been obtained.It can be seen from the result that the strength and stiffness of the forging press satisfy the design requirement. The study provides important reference for the structure design of forging press.
