通过介绍订单农业中契约稳定性发展现状,说明在中国家庭联产承包责任制改革中订单农业的契约稳定性低,其中主要影响因素有:市场不确定性因素高、专有资产投入不完善、契约明确性程度低、人际关系不融洽等方面,针对这些因素提出了合理化建议。

By introducing the status quo of contract stability in order agriculture,it shows that the contractual stability of order agriculture in China ＇s household contract responsibility system is low. The main influencing factors are： the market uncertainty factor is high,the investment of proprietary assets is not perfect,low degree of contract clarity,poor interpersonal relationship,etc.,and rationalization proposals were put forward.
