摘要
本文通过对现代人力资源理论的分析与借鉴,提出了宁东铁路公司在人力资源开发中存在的问题及对策,以期这些建议成为宁东铁路改革发展的良性推动力。
Based on the analysis and reference of modern human resources theory,this paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures in the development of human resources in Ningdong railway company,with a view to making a benign driving force for the reform and development of Ningdong railway.
