摘要
人体所需的大量营养物质是从水果和蔬菜中摄取,人们对新鲜水果、蔬菜的需求也越来越大,这就对水果蔬菜的贮藏提出了新的要求和标准。通过分析热处理技术对水果、蔬菜的真菌病虫害控制作用,探讨其对改善水果、蔬菜贮藏品质的作用,以提升热处理技术的应用。
The body needs a lot of nutrients from the fruits and vegetables intake,people have a growing demand for fresh fruits and vegetables,which puts forward new requirements and standards on the storage of fruits and vegetables.By analyzing the effect of heat treatment technology on the control of fungi and pests of fruits and vegetables,the effects of heat treatment on improving the storage quality of fruits and vegetables were studied to enhance the application of heat treatment technology.
