汽轮机动静碰摩的特征及诊断要点

摘要 汽轮机组动静碰摩是由于在机组运转过程中其运动中的部件与静止部件之间的摩擦碰撞产生的,在大型汽轮机的运行过程中经常会出现因碰摩而产生的故障。随着我国大型汽轮机组工作效率的不断提高,汽轮机的动静碰摩情况增加,主要是由于动静间隙变小所导致。从汽轮机动静碰摩的起因和特征出发,重点介绍其解决要点。 The dynamic and static rubbing of the steam turbine is caused by the friction between the moving parts and the stationary parts during the operation of the unit. During the operation of the large steam turbine,there is often a fault caused by rubbing. With the continuous improvement of the efficiency of large-scale steam turbine units in China,the increase of static and dynamic friction of the steam turbine is mainly due to the smaller static and dynamic gap. Starting from the causes and characteristics of steam turbine vibration and rubbing,the main points of the solution are introduced.
