With the rapid development of social economy,the demand of talents is increasing in all walks of life. Many professional institutions and talents training modes are developing in the direction of application and compound talents.The cultivation of talents in colleges and universities should rely on the needs of local economic development and actively explore the form of professional personnel training in school-enterprise cooperation,establish effective cooperation mechanism in order to improve applied and compound talents training quality.
