增强高职院校学生就业竞争力的思考

Reflections on strengthening the employment competitiveness of higher vocational college students

随着我国应届高校毕业生人数的不断增多,毕业生的就业形势变得越来越严峻。如何在严峻的就业形势下提高高职院校学生的就业竞争力,已成为所有高职院校面临的共同难题。笔者结合自身对就业竞争力的研究经验与相关文献,就如何增强高职院校学生的就业竞争力提出建议。

With the increasing number of college graduates in our country,the employment situation of graduates has become more and more serious. How to improve the employment competitiveness of vocational college students in the severe employment situation has become a common problem faced by all higher vocational colleges. The author puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the employment competitiveness of vocational college students in combination with their own research experience and employment literature on employment competitiveness.
