摘要
人才流动的加速造成档案造假和废弃旧档现象的出现,高校由于管理问题对个别考生的报考资格审核不严、引进人员只注重个人自荐材料、为了提高学校档次及地位对于人事档案的真实性以及适用性有所包庇等造成了一系列的档案造假现象。本文就高校人事档案造假现象的原因展开浅要分析和论述,从而根据高校人事档案造假现象原因提出相应的防治对策。
The flow of talent caused by the emergence of the old file abandoned,due to management issues in non-strict qualification,only focus on personal recommendation materials and personnel files with shelter has caused a series of archives false phenomenon in colleges. This paper makes a brief analysis and discussion on the causes of the fraud of personnel files in colleges and universities,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the causes of fraud in the personnel files of colleges and universities.
