基于DoDAF的岛礁区海军合同作战体系结构框架

Naval Combined Operation Architecture Framework in Island-Reef Area Based on DoDAF

针对近年来岛礁区海军合同作战领域的研究热点,提出了一种岛礁区海军合同作战体系结构框架设计方法。在分析美国国防部体系结构框架(DoDAF)基础上,给出了基于DoDAF的岛礁区海军合同作战体系结构框架设计流程,并结合具体作战活动构建了相应的作战体系结构模型,多视图描述了作战节点间信息关系。这些模型直观易懂,对优化岛礁区海军合同作战体系结构顶层设计具有重要作用。

Aimed at the research hotspots of naval combined operat ion in the island- reef area, a design method for the naval combined operat ion archi tecture framework in the island-reef area is proposed. The United States Department of Defense archi tecture framework （DoDAF） is ana-lyzed. Then, the design procedures for the naval combined operat ion archi tecture framework in the island-reef area are provided based on DoDAF. Combined with some idiographic operat ion ac-tivities ,relevant models of the operat ion archi tecture framework are constructed, and the infor-mation relations among operat ion nodes are described with different viewpoints. The models are intuitive and understandable, thus it has important signif icance for optimizing the top design of the naval combined operat ion archi tecture in the island-reef area.
