摘要
赛博空间战略地位日益提升,赛博空间安全问题受到高度重视。针对赛博安全问题层出不穷和无法根治的情况,美军提出了赛博威慑和赛博韧性。介绍了美军的赛博威慑战略,探讨了赛博韧性的概念与内涵,分析了美军赛博韧性技术研究现状,提炼了涉及的关键技术,为该领域研究提供参考。
With the promotion of Cyberspace strategic position, the problems of Cyber security have acquired considerable importance. Aimed at the situation of the problems of Cyber security emerging endlessly and unable solved radically, the Cyber deterrence and the Cyber resilience are proposed by US army. The Cyber deterrence strategies of US army are presented. The concept and the connotation of Cyber resilience are discussed, and technical status of the Cyber resilience is analyzed. The key technologies in the Cyber resilience are summarized, providing a reference for further study.
