Process Analysis of Formation of Career Plan of College Students

本研究的目的是探索影响大学生职业规划形成过程的因素。我们采用扎根理论的方法,针对来自不同学校、不同学院的41名大学生进行深入访谈。本研究主要有四个发现:大学生在填高校志愿时自主性弱、大学生在选择专业时易受他人意见影响、大学生在上大学时缺乏职业规划、学习生涯不顺利的大学生更会规划。

The aim of this research is to investigate the factors which have e^ect on the career planning of college students. Adopting the approach of grounded theory, we made in-depth interviews with 41 college students who are from different universities and colleges. The author made conclusions about the interviews from the following four perspectives： college students seldom make in-dependent choice when applying university, college students were easily influenced by the opinions of others when they choose their majors; college students have no proper career planning when they are at school; and college students who face challenges in their study may do better in terms of career planning.
