摘要 工程教育认证对构建我国高等工程教育质量保障体系,推动高等工程教育改革发挥着重要作用。文章基于自动控制闭环反馈的原理,建立了"4+1"工程教育人才培养评价体系及持续改进的实施流程。其中"4+1"是指:基于树形结构的4层评价指标体系,包括毕业要求层、指标点层、课程体系层、教学活动层;以及基于产出的"1个输出导向"。最后结合首都经济贸易大学安全工程专业近6年来的三次工程教育认证为例,说明基于闭环反馈的"4+1"工程教育人才培养评价体系构建及实施的有效性。并且依据该方法给出课程体系及教学活动的具体改革措施,积极地推动了本专业的工程教育改革。 Engineering education certification plays an important role in the construction of quality guarantee system of higher engineering education and the promotion of higher engineering education reform. Based on the principle of automatic control closed- loop feedback, this paper establishes the evaluation system of "4+1" engineering education talent cultivation and the implementation process of further improvement. The program "4+1" refers to the four-layer evaluation index system based on tree structure, including graduation requirement layer, index point layer, course system layer and teaching activity layer; and output-oriented "one output orien-tation". In the end, this paper illustrates the effectiveness of the construction and implementation of the "4+1" engineering education talent cultivation evaluation system based on closed-loop feedback, taking the three-times engineering education certification of Safety Engineering of Capital University of Economics and Business in recent 6 years as an example. The author then proposed some mea-sures for the reform of curriculum system and teaching activities, which actively promotes the engineering education reform.
