地方本科院校在转型过程中重点问题的研究及实践——以营口理工学院为例

Study and Practice of Major Problems in the Transformation Process of Local Universities——Taking Yingkou Institute of Technology as Example

应用型本科院校转型是历史的选择和客观要求,在转型发展中,会遇到各种各样的问题。文章结合营口理工学院转型发展,分析了目前应用型本科院校转型中的重点问题,研究和探索了解决相应问题的办法和途径。

Transformation of application -oriented undergraduate university is the outcome of historical choice and objective re-quirement. There are various difficulties in the process of transformation. Major problems in the transformation of application-oriented universities are analyzed by taking the example of Yingkou Institute of Technology. By doing so, the author studied and explored the solutions to these kinds of problems.
