研究生创新实践基地的探索与实践

研究生创新实践基地是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要场所,是学生了解社会和企业、接触生产实践的桥梁,也是高等院校实现人才培养目标的重要条件和保证。扬州大学商学院自2007年起大力推进导师和研究生培养的"实践化"过程,建设了16个研究生创新实践基地,通过坚持"师带徒"模式,实施"引进来"战略,坚持"新常态"发展,科创基金项目成果丰厚,研究生就业竞争力明显提升,"双师型"教师队伍日益庞大,服务地方经济水平不断提高。

The postgraduate innovation practice base is an important place to cultivate students＇ innovative spirit and practical a-bility, acting as the bridge through which students will know more about enterprises and participate in the production activity, also the innovation practice base is the important condition and guarantee of talent cultivation. Since 2007, School of business of Yangzhou University vigorously promoted the practical cultivation and training of postgraduate, establishing 16 innovation practice bases. The pattern of ＂students guided by tutors＂ is applied, the strategy of introducing into is adopted and the ＂new normal＂ devel-opment mode is used. The scientific innovation program is rich in achievement and the postgraduates become more competitive when seeking jobs. More and more teachers join in the team of ＂double teachers＂ which means the teacher not only acts as the mentor but also the guide in innovation program, thus they can provide better service for local economy.
