教学实践中的培养与创新模式探索

生产实习是学生巩固所学理论课程,获得生产实际知识的重要教学环节,也是学生接触社会、了解工厂、企业及航空领域实践活动。通过实习将提高和扩大专业知识,服务于社会并增加感性知识,促进学生综合的全面成长和对国情的具体认识。开放式教学也是学校人才培养的另一种培养模式,在实践中锻炼学生,培养他们的创新能力。清华大学航天航空学院与企事业单位开展合作以来,实现了部分科研成果的转化与应用,取得了丰硕的成果。

Production practice plays an important in the teaching link where students can review the theoretical courses and learn more about production activity, also it is a kind of practice activity by which students enter into the society to understand the facto-ry, enterprises and aviation activity. Internship will help students to learn more professional knowledge, serve the society and increase their perceptual knowledge, thus it will do good to comprehensive development of college students and help them better understand the national situation. Open teaching is also another training mode of talents cultivation, which trains students in practical activities and cultivates their innovative capability. Since the School of Aerospace Engineering of Tsinghua University cooperated with enterpris-es and institutions, it has made fruitful results in part of the transformation and application of scientific research.
