我国高职院校发展现代学徒制教学模式探讨

现代学徒制是解决技术技能人才短缺的重要途径,也是全球职业教育未来发展趋势,随着我国现代学徒制试点帷幕的拉开,一些职业院校也陆续选取部分专业开展现代学徒制试点工作。文章对我国现阶段发展现代学徒制的原因、作用和现状进行了分析,针对发展的瓶颈,在借鉴西方发达国家现代学徒制践行经验基础之上,提出了相应的解决对策,以助推现代学徒制人才培养模式在我国的顺利推进。

Modern apprenticeship is an important way to solve the problem of shortage of technical and skilled talents, as well as the future development trend of global vocational education. With the beginning of modern apprenticeship pilot project in China, some vocational colleges conduct modern apprenticeship experiments in several majors. This paper analyzes the causes, effects and current situation of modern apprenticeship in China. Referring to the implementation experience of modern apprenticeship in some western countries, the author proposed some solutions to deal with the bottleneck of modern apprenticeship in China so as to promote the de-velopment of modern apprenticeship in China.
