摘要
为解决天津高校众创空间在硬件建设和创客团队培养中遇到的问题,采用非结构化访谈和案例研究法,深入分析了浙江省高校众创空间发展现状,提出创客团队培养体系:创新主体培养体系包括激发多样化创意、推广产品市场化、拓展创业项目、组建创业团队;创新活动系统包括营造创客文化氛围、以赛促创的实践、协同共创三种范式、项目对接和校园社会化;创新环境支持系统包括提供服务、开放政策、实现一体化和融合资源。
In order to solve the problems encountered in the construction of hardware and the training of maker teams in Tianjin University,it takes unstructured interviews and case studies to analyze the present situation of the development of maker space in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province.The innovation system includes innovative subject,innovative activities and innovative environment.Innovative subject training system includes stimulating diversification of creativities,promoting product marketization,expanding entrepreneurial projects,setting up entrepreneurial teams and promoting product marketization;Innovative activities system includes creating a maker cultural atmosphere,promoting the creation of cooperation practice,creating three Paradigm,docking in project,and campus socialization;Innovative environmental support system includes supported services,open policy,unified and integrated resources.
