Current Situation and Suggestions of Hubei International Technology Transfer

在世界范围内开展国际技术转移,实质上就是利用国际创新资源、提高区域竞争力。湖北省正处于建设创新湖北的关键阶段,迫切需要利用国际创新资源协同创新,提高本地区的科技实力和经济竞争力。结合湖北科技发展的现状,立足多年的工作实际,详细阐述了湖北省国际技术转移的现状,通过对现状的分析指出了其中的不足,并从完善体制、搭建平台、开展活动、畅通渠道等方面,对湖北如何更好开展国际技术转移提出了几点建议。

Carry out international cooperation in technology transfer is a powerful means of making full use of international innovation resources,improving the regional competitiveness of Hubei Province.Hubei is at a crucial stage of the construction of innovation province,it need the international resources for innovation,improve the scientific,technological and economic competitive.Based on the analysis of the present situation of international technology transfer in Hubei Province,this paper points out its shortcomings and puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out international technology transfer.
