摘要
目的观察合并人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染的乙型肝炎患者在高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HAART)前是否存在YMDD自然变异。方法选取2013年6月—2016年6月在广西柳州市人民医院感染病科治疗的合并HIV感染的乙型肝炎患者80例为研究对象,在接受HAART前采集血清,采用基因直接测序法进行YMDD检测。结果对80例合并HIV感染的乙型肝炎患者检测,未发现YMDD自然变异。结论经基因直接测序,未发现未经HAART的合并HIV感染的乙型肝炎患者存在YMDD自然变异。限于检测方法的灵敏度,有待于采用高灵敏度的检测方法进一步研究。
Objective To investigate whether there are natural tyrosine - methionine - aspartate - aspartate ( YMDD )mutations in patients with hepatitis B virus ( HBV) and HIV co - infection before receiving the highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). Methods The participants enrolled in this study were 80 patients with HIV and HBV co - infection treated in Department of Infectious Diseases,Guangxi Liuzhou General Hospital from June 2013 to June 2016. Direct sequencing was used to detect the status of YMDD in the HBV DNA polymerase gene in the serum of the patients before receiving the HAART. Results No natural YMDD mutations were found in these patients. Conclusion The natural YMDD mutations are not found in HBV and HIV co - infection patients before receiving the HAART by direct sequencing. But this result needs to be further confirmed by the method with higher sensitivity.
