Strategic Deployment and Practical Plan for Entire Population Reading

我国始于1997年的全民阅读活动迄今已取得明显成效。但综观全国,各地对全民阅读的重视程度不一,区域性发展也不尽相同,同时存在着碎片化阅读倾向明显、功利性阅读方式盛行、娱乐化阅读现象突出等明显的问题。其解决方案应从加强政府对全民阅读的扶持、优化网络阅读环境、适当借助名人效应、发挥图书馆的作用等几个方面作出努力,最终实现"书香中国"的奋斗目标和理想蓝图。

Books are the carrier for human civilization and wisdom,and reading is an important method for the people to obtain knowledge,to boost the connotation and to understand the world and is the basic way for human civilization to be continuously disseminated.Entire population reading has become an important cultural development strategy in China. The entire population reading starting from1997 has made obvious achievements so far,however,there is different emphasis in different places of China,regional development is different,meanwhile,there is significant crisis such as obvious fragmentation reading trend,popular utilitarianism reading,prominent recreation reading phenomena and so on. For solving the crises,China should strengthen the support from the governments to entire population reading,optimize web reading environment,appropriately use famous elite effect,let the libraries play the role so that the ideal objective for Reading Popularization in China can be realized.
