摘要
目的探讨"品管圈(QCC)"在药剂科质量管理中的作用。方法将"品管圈"方法引入药剂科的质量管理工作中,在各调剂药房按"品管圈"活动的10个步骤实施各项活动,改善药剂质量的管理方式,对比分析药房在开展"品管圈"活动前后的药剂质量管理情况。结果在开展"品管圈"活动前,门诊药房平均每周调剂差错件数分别为21.75件,在开展"品管圈"活动后,平均每周调剂差错件数为8.85件,明显低于进行"品管圈"活动前(下降了59.31%),差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义;调剂药房的工作人员在进行"品管圈"活动后的各项能力评分高于进行"品管圈"活动前,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论在药剂质量管理中应用"品管圈"的管理办法效果较好,降低了调剂药房药剂调剂差错的件数,保证患者用药安全有效,提升了调剂药房药师的工作能力,是改善医院药剂科服务质量的有效方法。
Objective Discuss the effect of"quality control circle( QCC) "on the quality management in pharmacy department. Methods Apply the"quality control circle( QCC) "to the quality management in pharmacy department. Carry out various activities in different pharmacies to improve the ways of quality management of medicaments. Compare and analyze the quality management situations before and after launching the activity of"quality control circle". Results Before launching the activity of "quality control circle ",the weekly average faulty medicine distribution of each pharmacy is 21. 75.Whereas,the weekly average faulty medicine distribution of each pharmacy is 8. 85 after launching the activity of "quality control circle". It is apparently lower than the amount before the activity( fall by 59. 31 %) and it shows significant difference( P〈0. 05) with statistical significance. The scores of different ability of workers in pharmacies after the activity are greater than before the activity and it presents significant difference( P〈0. 05) with statistical significance. Conclusion The application of "quality control circle"indicates good effects in the quality management of medicaments. It decreases the faulty medicine distribution,ensures the safety and efficiency of medicine use of patients,as well as,improves the work capabilities of pharmacists. In short,it is an effective method to improve the service quality of pharmacy in the hospital.
